Before this installation of high-end patio pavers, there were cement steps, a stoop and water pouring into the basement.  By placing a system of several four (4") inch PVC drain pipe, grading and surface grates, GardenHere, LLC was able to turn a problem area into a fun outdoor living space in Cheverly, MD.  A dry basement during our heaviest rains during the spring of 2008 is an additional result for this friend and neighbor.
